Summary of Performance

P60411A recent discussion on the CECommunity All-Member Forum focused on the Summary of Performance – a document all schools are required by IDEA to provide to any student who has received special education services via an IEP and is graduating or aging out of secondary school. Completed during the student’s final year in high school, the document should provide a snapshot of the student’s current level of performance and recommendations for ongoing support that will assist the student in meeting his or her postsecondary goals.
